I think GnR already announce there full tour date agenda for this summer. Don't think they come to RAR.
Maybe Hollywood Vampires? They are in Germany on 2nd of June (Hamburg) and the 4th of June (Berlin). RAR/RIP is possible for the 1st and 3rd... but don't know if they tour 4 days after each other.
Going to buy my tickets tonight (from the Netherlands). i'm really happy to see Gorillaz, A Perfect Circle and Stone Sour, which is still on my to see list. Then i also like to see Marilyn Manson, Avenged Sevenfold, Foo Fighters, Bullet For My Valentine,, Enter Shikari, Good Charlotte, Body Count etc.
Thirty Seconds To Mars is not a real headliner for me. So i hope they add a 4th headliner like Depeche Mode or Pearl Jam (Pearl Jam is a rumor for Pinkpop this year, so why not for RAR?).
Further options I woud like to see:
Alice in Chains, Anti-Flag, Arch Enemy, Ghost, Helloween, Limp Bizkit, Macklemore, Mad Caddies, NOFX, OK Kid, Queens Of The Stone Age, Sabaton, Stick To Your Guns, The Charm The Fury, The Hives. The Offspring, Turbonegro. Which are touring in Europe around RAR/RIP.

Ticketswap is the most reliable "second handed" concert ticket vendor from the Netherlands. But you must have a Facebook account and i'm not familiar with purchasing from foreign countrys. It's e-tickets only and you are buying your ticket from another user that most be login with his facebook account (so you can check it's not a bot or a strange company or something). Also Ticketswap will scan on the barcode and that barcode on ticket so it can be sold only once on the website.
Also the person who sales the card must agry when they sold the ticket somewhere else, or they decide to go anyways. Then they need to delete the ticket from ticketswap first.
Its not a 100% guarantee, but much safer then E-bay or the Dutch version of it, named "Marktplaats".

Unfortunally not. I know that since last year the have permission from the local authorities to end the festival on 00.00h (before it was 23.00h). So it's to the band to decide how long to play an encore to the maximimum of 00.00h.
Last year Muse was also schedulded on paper from 22:15 till 23:30 and ended on 23.50 if my memory is correct.
I expect that RHCP and Rammstein will play sets from 1 hour and 45 minutes long, and Paul McCartney about 2 hours long as i think.

My to see list is big already, and realy exticed for some German acts like Die Toten Hosen, Deichkind, Kraftklub, Broilers which are almost not able to see in the Netherlands.

I'm from the Netherlands and going to visit this festival for the first year. Very excited about it. I already like the line-up till now. What are you guys thinking about Counting Crows on RaR this year. They play also on Isle Of Wight this year, and I see Mark Lieberg having them on tour in Germany this year.
