Nordschleifenticket Camping Question?!

I am looking for some clarification around the Nordschleifenticket camping.

What day and time can we enter this camping option? I've seen so many different answers, some say the 4th, some say the 5th.

I just want to make sure so we don't turn up to early (or too late for that matter).
