hi! We all don't know when the Spielplan will be on the Homepage of Rock am Ring- but there is a great discussion about it in a separate thread of this Forum. Just search for "Spielplan" and you'll get it
(but it's all speculation there) In fact of this it's possible, that this thread you'd open will be closed soon.

usually how many week before festival they say the spielplan?

Last year, the Running Order was published on April 12th and the timetable on April 29th.
I think you don't have to wait much longer this year 
There will be some more "small" bands... But the "bill" is nearly complete.
