BIOGRAPHY:
Stars Are Falling is a Sacramento, CA based post-hardcore band, kicking and screaming their way onto the national hardcore scene. Their music is both brutal and beautiful and draws influence from Hopesfall, early Cave In, Poison the Well and Zao. Stars Are Falling owe a lot to the internet for their rapid growing fan base. The album 'How many Eyes Have Opened' (Released Nov. 1, 2003) has been in the top 100 selling albums on Interpunk.com for months with record sales reaching many countries and nearly every state in the USA.

With a slight lineup change, Stars Are Falling is stronger than ever, and ready to lay down the assault once more. Recently signed to Blood and Ink Records, Stars will be releasing their much anticipated new record "The Failure EP" as half of a split with Richmond Virginia's Skylines. The band will be pushing the new record on the road throughout 2005, while enlisting the help of Hayley Connelly and Save Words (www.savewords.co.uk) for print and internet promotion. "We are not afraid to spend our own time and money. We have poured our hearts into this release, it only makes sense to back it up with the promotion it deserves" states bassist Ryan Lester. Promotion in Europe has done them well. Having received good reviews, and features in England's biggest magazines, including Metal Hammer and Big Cheese.

Their music and energetic performances have stirred things up everywhere they have played, and they are rapidly proving themselves to be one of the best bands on the rise. With a full U.S. tour and numerous west coast tours complete, a self released full length, countless shows with nationally known bands, and an upcoming EP, they have shown that they are definitely one of the hardest working independent bands out there.
